Overview
This page explains how to request deletion of the personal data associated with iTracker, a mobile application provided by Tilt Inc. ("TILT", "we", "us", or "our"). It applies to personal data collected through the iTracker app and TILT Inc. systems.

You can request deletion of your personal data at any time using the steps below. Requests are accepted from users on any platform.
How to Request Deletion
Follow these steps to request deletion of your personal data from iTracker and Tilt Inc. systems:
- Send an email to legal@tilt.ai. Use the subject line "Data Deletion Request — iTracker". Requests from any platform are accepted.
- Include your identifying information. Provide your full name and the email address associated with your iTracker account or app registration. This allows us to locate and verify your data.
- We verify your identity. TILT will confirm your identity within 5 business days before processing your request, to ensure we act only on your behalf.
- We delete your data and confirm. Deletion is completed within 30 days of verification. You will receive a confirmation email when complete.
What We Delete
Upon a verified request, TILT will permanently delete the following data associated with your iTracker account and identity:
- Account credentials (username, password hash) and profile information
- Name, email address, company name, and job title
- Shipment tracking data and freight activity tied to your account
- Device identifiers and app usage data linked to your profile
- Communication history and in-app support records
- Any other personal data attributable to you in our systems
What We May Retain & For How Long
Certain data may be retained after a deletion request where required by law or overriding legitimate purpose. We will notify you of anything we cannot delete.

Processing Timeline
TILT will process verified deletion requests within 30 days of receipt. Where technically complex, or where we receive a high volume of requests, this may be extended by up to 60 additional days. If an extension is required, we will notify you within the first 30 days.
